The Integrated Policy of Ninz S.p.A.
NINZ S.p.A., throughout its years of activity, has always focused on product quality and on-time delivery to acquire new customers and to keep the relationship with existing customers strong and engaging.
This approach stems from the fact that the company manages its activities based on customer input, allowing the products to be customized and aligned with the client’s needs at the moment of request, rather than the opposite.
For this reason, the Management of NINZ S.p.A. is committed to developing an Integrated Management System aimed at the following objectives:
- The development and maintenance of an effective and efficient Integrated Management System for Quality and Energy;
- Customer satisfaction;
- Continuous corporate growth;
- Improvement of workplace structures;
- Improvement of the energy performance of its processes and systems, in compliance with the economic, environmental, and social sustainability criteria relevant to its activities and context.
The above objectives are implemented through:
- Continuous focus on customer satisfaction, with systematic monitoring of their level of appreciation and any complaints;
- Compliance with the requirements of the Integrated Management System;
- Staff motivation through training as a tool for improving skills;
- The involvement and participation of all internal and external personnel, providing the necessary information and resources to achieve the objectives and energy targets;
- The promotion of awareness and a culture of energy saving at all levels of the Organisation;
- The pursuit of continuous improvement in all company areas;
- The implementation of actions for the continuous improvement of energy performance and the reduction of greenhouse gases, especially for significant energy uses, through the definition, pursuit, and review of energy objectives and targets;
- Efficient operation of the plants;
- The implementation of projects for the development of new products;
- The implementation of a direct communication management system with customers (web);
- The upgrading and improvement of production facilities and working environments;
- Operating in full compliance with standards, laws, and regulations;
- Managing workplace safety;
- The periodic review by management of the effectiveness and efficiency achieved by the Integrated System, and the initiation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions to reach the set objectives;
- Improving the acquisition and monitoring of energy consumption of significant energy uses;
- Considering energy aspects in design and procurement activities, in order to improve the company’s energy performance.
This Policy, subject to periodic review, is communicated to all persons working within the Organisation or on its behalf; it is also posted on company notice boards and published on the company’s website so that it is accessible to everyone.
NINZ S.p.A. is aware that this Policy requires the constant commitment of all operational personnel, and that it can only be successfully achieved through a systematic approach to quality-related matters.
The company believes that its employees represent its most important resource, and the only viable path is one that ensures their full involvement.
